Rules and Regulations for School Admission
1. General Admission Policy
- Admission is open to students of all backgrounds, regardless of race, nationality, or gender.
- The school reserves the right to set admission criteria based on academic performance, seat availability, and overall suitability.
- All admissions are subject to compliance with the school’s rules and policies.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum age requirement for each grade must be met as per school regulations.
- Admission to higher classes is granted based on the previous academic record and performance in the entrance test (if applicable).
- Students seeking admission from another school must provide a valid Transfer Certificate.
3. Admission Process
- Parents/guardians must obtain and submit the admission application form along with the required documents before the deadline.

- The final decision on admission rests with the school management.
4. Required Documents
- Birth certificate (for age verification).
- Previous academic records/report cards (for applicable grades).

- Proof of residence (such as an Aadhaar card, utility bill, etc.).
- Medical certificate indicating fitness and any special health conditions.

5. Entrance Test and Interview

- Students and parents may be required to attend an interview with school authorities.
- The test and interview results, along with previous academic performance, will determine admission eligibility.
6. Fee Structure and Payment
- The admission fee, tuition fee, and other charges must be paid within the given timeframe.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in special cases as per school policy.
- Late payment of fees may result in a penalty or cancellation of admission.
7. Confirmation of Admission

8. Withdrawal and Transfer Policy

- Transfer certificates (TC) will be issued only after clearance of all dues.
- If a student is withdrawn after the academic session begins, no refund of the fees will be provided.
9. Special Considerations
- Admissions for students with special educational needs will be considered based on the school's ability to provide the necessary support.
- Sibling preference may be given based on school policy.

10. Compliance with School Policies
